We have been advising our clients about using separate griddles and grills for vegetarian and vegan meals for some time now.

It started off by being all about ethics, and respecting customers lifestyle decisions.

However it has now been taken one stage further…

A Burger King customer is suing the fast-food chain for the way it cooks its vegan burgers, which is on the some grill as its non vegan burgers.

The key issue being the claim it is “100% Whopper, 0% Beef”

So the question is, how vegetarian is your food offer.

Burger King is being sued by a vegan customer who accused the fast-food chain of contaminating its meatless ‘Impossible’ Whoppers by cooking them on the same grill as its traditional meat burgers https://t.co/SBF6YWCPLg pic.twitter.com/q8B5gU1PAc
